Dosage and Administration:
Take 1 capsule on Monday and 1 capsule on Thursday or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. To be swallowed with water.
Warning:
This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. This product contains 2.7 mg of potassium. If you have kidney disease or are taking heart or blood pressure medicines, consult your doctor or pharmacist before use. This product contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period. Contains sulfites & soya bean products. The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
