Evidence:

• Boswellia serrata is traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine to assist in the relief of symptoms of mild osteoarthritis, pain and swelling associated with osteoarthritis and in temporary relief of mild rheumatic aches and pains.

Directions for Use:
Adults: Take 2 capsules one to two times daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
To be swallowed with water.
Store below 30⁰C, away from direct sunlight.
If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner.
