Evidence:

• Increases iron absorption.

• Helps increase hemoglobin.
• Studies indicate that a total increase in Hemoglobin after 2 months with Lactoferrin, was higher as compared to iron salt.
• Better acceptability.
• Fewer gastrointestinal side-effects.

Directions for Use:
Adult: 1: capsule daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. To be swallowed with water.
Lactoferrin is derived from cow's milk. Do not exceed the stated dose except on medical advice.
If you have had a baby with a neural tube defect/spinal tube defect/spina bifida, seek specific medical advice.
Store below 30°C, away from direct sunlight.
